About Us
Running a business means carrying a lot. The decisions, the people, the priorities, the problems that keep getting pushed to next week. At some point the weight of it becomes hard to ignore.
Flint & Grace exists for that moment. The work is practical, grounded, and built around what actually matters for your specific situation. Not a framework dropped on your desk. Not advice from someone who has never been in the room. Real work, done alongside you, by someone who has spent nearly 20 years figuring out what it actually takes to make organizations run well and people lead well.
You're growing faster than your structure can handle. You need a real partner, not another report.
Maybe you’re not ready for a full-time, senior operations leader. Maybe you just need an outside perspective.
Either way, you need that level of expertise in your business.
Who We Work With
Meet the Founder
Nearly 20 years leading teams through reorganizations, building departments from scratch, and keeping organizations running has taught me one thing above all else: the problems underneath are almost always the same, and they almost never get addressed the right way while the people inside them pay the price. I've seen it across corporate, fast-growth, and higher education environments. And in every one of those roles, I found success, not because I had all the answers, but because I got in the room, earned the trust, and built what was needed alongside the people already there.
The clients I work best with aren't from a specific industry. They're hard working, they care about their people, and they're genuinely ready for help and open to change. A good sense of humor doesn't hurt either.
I'm also a mom of two daughters, and everything I'm building, I'm building for them too. Outside of work, you'll find me on the sidelines of a softball or soccer field, thrifting for a good find, or in the kitchen with my sourdough starter, Clint Yeastwood. My husband, our daughters, and a dog with a taste for remote controls keep life full, and if there's a good action movie on, I'm watching it.
Ready to talk? Let's start there.
